POSITION SUMMARY: The Finance & HR Coordinator works under the general direction of the Executive Director. The Finance & HR Coordinator has primary responsibility for processing all payables and receivables; payroll; employee benefits administration; preparation of all financial reports; processing of all credit cards and reports of those transactions; tracking of budget-to-actual income and expenses and preparation of reconciliation reports for the Executive Director and Treasurer to review; and audit and tax preparation support of the CPA and Budget and Finance activities of the Board.
